1) Contractual Liability

Legal liability for loss or damage to goods under the many standard contract conditions including:

	British International Freight Association
	Road Haulage Association
	United Kingdom Warehousing Association
	Cold Storage and Distribution Federation
	Your own contract conditions if you are not a member of any Association

In addition this section provides cover for liabilities for or under:

	The CMR/Hague-Visby/Warsaw etc.
	Special contracts (subject to Underwriters’ agreement)
	Common Law
	Consequential Loss
	Duty & Taxes – ERTS Operators (subject to Underwriters’ agreement)
	EU Community Transit form liability

The following is also provided:

	“All Risks” cover for goods taken under lien
	Debris removal costs
	Transhipment/On-carriage costs incurred following a fortuity
	Non-contractual Legal liability cover for containers/trailers
	General Average and Salvage Guarantees

2) Errors and Omissions (Professional Negligence)

This section provides indemnity for any claims made during the period of insurance arising from clerical errors, faulty arrangements or incorrect instructions.

Cover is provided for such contingencies as:

	Releasing goods without payment/agreed authority
	Misdirection of goods
	Disposal of goods in error
	Incorrect Customs entry
	Dishonesty of employees

3) Equipment

This section provides “All Risks” cover for your own or hired/leased

4) “All Risks” Marine Cargo Insurance

This section provides “All Risks” cover on customers’ property in transit or store. The rates and minimum premiums are very competitive and administration very simple (for example we can arrange for use to produce Certificates electronically which makes for ease and cost efficiency).

The wording contains many advantageous (and in some cases unique) clauses making it one of the widest available in the UK market.
