‘All Risks’ Cover
- Worldwide |
Standard Household insurance policies
are simply not designed to offer the specific protection
needed by those with substantial personal assets.
Owners of high value homes are consistently
shocked when taking an inventory and realising the total
value of the contents and possessions they have accumulated.
Stuart Alexander, in conjunction with
a select band of leading insurance companies, recognise
that people of certain lifestyles require a more flexible
approach to being able to protect their assets –
no matter what they are, or where they are in the world.
We further acknowledge that premiums should reflect
the care you have taken to secure your home and your
treasured possessions.
WealthSure is a policy designed to
provide a no fuss, plain English menu of cover that
takes account of these factors.
 |
Worldwide cover on
an ‘All Risks’ basis for all contents
and personal possessions |
 |
No restrictive warranties or onerous
conditions. With WealthSure, we do not invalidate
any claim if you forget to set your alarm or have
inadvertently underinsured |
 |
You only pay for the ACTUAL risk,
ie if you have jewellery in your safe that is worth
£500,000, but only wear £25,000 at any
one time – then the premium is based upon
those circumstances - not an assumed risk of half
a million pounds |

Specialist cover for fine art,

 |

Depreciation Cover. If a valuable
item is damaged, both the cost of professional repair
and the consequent loss in value
are covered |
 |
Automatic cover for caravans,
trailers, rowing boats, hired marquees, family travel,
legal expenses, student/child possessions when away
from home |

One policy for all your personal
insurance needs – including second homes,
even outside of the UK. |
A recent survey revealed that over
80% of us are underinsured.
In some cases because we fear that
the higher the sum insured, the higher the premium.
On a standard Household policy this
is usually true – but not necessarily on WealthSure.
But mostly because we have simply lost
sight of the real value of our total contents and valuables.
Firstly, we don’t stop to think
of the ENTIRE contents of our houses – wardrobes,
draws, cupboards, sheds, utility rooms etc and the cost
of replacing all of those things in the event of a total
loss such as fire.
Secondly, we just do not realise how
the value of our possessions has risen in the last ten
years.

Good quality antiques
have risen by 75% to 200% |
 |
A case of 1982 Chateau Mouton Rothschild, bought
for £750 in 1990, is now valued at over £6,000! |
Had any building extension work, conservatory,
new furnishing in the last 12 months? Has the value
been added to your current policy?
Basically, if you haven’t had
a valuation in the last 3 years, the chances are that
you are substantially underinsured – maybe by
60% or more!
Recognising this danger, Stuart Alexander
have enlisted the expert valuation services of Paul
Quastel Valuations.
For a nominal fee of £200, Quastels
will visit your home, at your convenience, to undertake
a ‘Wealthcheck’ total valuation. If you
subsequently take out a Wealthsure protection policy,
this fee will be refunded by way of a deduction from
the final premium.
During routine visits, valuers uncover
some staggering examples – good news for you as
it is additional wealth of which you are unaware.
