	Stuart Alexander always seek the widest policy wording in the market. We understand that, on F.R.I. leases, the wider the cover – the less the tenant pays. This is appreciated by the tenant and enhances the security of the landlord/tenant relationship.

This provides continuity and peace of mind for the property manager that no gaps in cover exist i.e. we can arrange engineering insurance for the statutory inspection of items of plant such as lifts. Or Directors and Officers insurance for tenants/resident association so that freeholders can hold a body responsible for the reduction in value of a property i.e. illegal construction, demolition, lack of maintenance etc. We can arrange Pollution and Contamination insurance when building on brown field sites plus other insurances when required using professional insurance staff outside the property team when it is a non-property related enquiry.
